UCare is a nonprofit organization based in Orange County, California. UCare is dedicated to providing free books to people who need them. Through our website, we connect people who would like to donate books with people who would like to read those books. This program makes use of books that would otherwise be thrown away or left collecting dust. By giving books a new “home,” we can help to increase learning opportunities and save paper and trees to preserve our planet. UCare depends on the kindness and generosity of our donors who provide books and help to spread the word about this program to others.
